  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HugARealOne. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

  1. Account Registration

To use HugARealOne, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  1. Service Limitations

IMPORTANT: HugARealOne is NOT a crisis intervention service, emergency mental health service, or substitute for professional medical treatment.

  • Our service is for emotional support and companionship only
  • We do not provide therapy, counseling, or medical advice
  • In case of emergency, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988
  1. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or providers
  • Share inappropriate, explicit, or harmful content
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
  1. Payment Terms
  • Services are billed per session or subscription as indicated
  • All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  1. Provider Relationship
  • Service providers are independent contractors, not employees
  • HugARealOne facilitates connections but does not employ providers
  • We screen providers but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
  • You acknowledge the peer support nature of our service
